Transparent – Matt Sandtex – Anti-Slip

OXYPLAST PE44 Sandtex ANTI-SLIP is a low-bake polyester powder coating with a very rough coarse sandtex effect providing excellent anti-slip properties. The coating has excellent wear and rub resistance and has a good outdoor durability.

The product is independently tested and certificated for its anti-slip properties.

• Density (g/cm³) (ISO 8130-2:1992): 1,20 – 1,70 (depending on the colour)

• Particle size distribution: Optimized for electrostatic application and in function of the coating aspect

• Storage: Dry, max. 25°C: at least 2 years

• Application: With Corona-gun / Layer thickness: > 200 µm  (High layer thickness is advised for good hiding and the desired coating affect.

• Curing schedule:
10 min. at 160 °C (substrate temperature)
5 min. at 180 °C (substrate temperature)

A minimum curing temperature of 160 °C is needed for a full development of the coating properties.
