Acrylic Powder Coatings. Transparent Clearcoat with a 7% Matt Finish.
OXYPLAST PE14 is a special polyester powder coating, which provides outdoor durable coatings with minimum specular gloss and a very good mar resistance.
• Specific gravity (g/cm³): (ISO 8130-2:1992) 1.2 – 1.6 ( depending on colour)
• Particle size distribution: Optimised for electrostatic and tribo-application and in function of the coating aspect.
• Gel time 180 °C: (ISO 8130-6:1982) 120 – 220 s
• Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 1 year
• Application: With Corona gun or Tribo gun
• Film thickness: 60 – 100 µm
• Curing schedule: 10 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature)
