Ano-Look Anodic Brown – 30% Matt

Architectural Powder Coatings. Polyester with a 30% Matt Finish.

OXYPLAST PE82 ANO-LOOK is a non-fuming modified polyester powder coating with a matt metallic aspect, resembling an anodised look.
Its high durability and adapted rheology result in a very good flow, combined with a high chemical resistance suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

• Density (g/cm³): (ISO 8130-2:1992) 1.25 ± 0.05
• Particle size distribution: Optimized for electrostatic application and in function of the coating aspect.
• Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 1 year
• Application: With Corona gun (50-90 kV, depending on the environmental conditions and the substrate).
Film thickness: 60-100 µm.
The powder can be reclaimed.
• Curing schedule:
10 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature)
7 min. at 220 °C (metal temperature)
20 min. at 190 °C (metal temperature)

Remark: A curing schedule of 10 min. at 200 °C is highly recommended for obtaining good mechanical properties and a smooth matt metallic aspect.

OXYPLAST PE82 ANO-LOOK shows a good outdoor durability, eliminating the need for a protective transparent topcoat.
