RAL 9003HR Signal White – Velvet-like Matt Aspect

OXYPLAST VELVACOAT is a TGIC-free outdoor durable polyester powder coating with velvet-like matt aspect and excellent scratch and mar resistance.

• Gloss 60° (ISO 2813:1994): 5-18% (visually matt)

• Density (g/cm³) (DIN 55990/3): 1.23 – 1.65 (depending on colour)

• Particle size distribution (ISO 8130-13:2001): Optimised for electrostatic application and in function of the coating aspect.

• Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 3 year

• Application: With Corona gun / Film thickness: 60 – 90 µm

• Curing schedule:
10 min. at 180 °C (metal temperature)
5 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature)
18 min. at 170 °C (metal temperature)

Preferably below 200 °C (metal temperature)
