RAL 1015GL Light Ivory – 85% Gloss

Hybrid Powder Coating. Low Bake with a 85% Gloss.

OXYPLAST HB30 is a series of decorative low-bake epoxy-polyester powder coatings, only suited for indoor applications.
Exposure behind glass, where there is a lot of UV-light, should be avoided as well.

OXYPLAST HB30 powder coatings are, on request, available in special effects, such as structure, texture or metallic. See addendum

Specific gravity (g/cm³): (ISO 8130-2:1992) 1.65±0.05 (depending on colour)
Particle size distribution: Optimized for electrostatic application and in function of the coating aspect.
Gel time 180 °C: (ISO 8130-6:1982) 80 – 120 s
Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 2 years
Application: With Corona or Tribo gun Film thickness: 60 – 100 µm (minimum 90 µm for structured powders)

Curing schedule:

15 min. at 160 °C (metal temperature)
10 min. at 165 °C (metal temperature)
6 min. at 180 °C (metal temperature)
