Description
Polyurethane Powder Coating with a 80% Gloss Finish.
• Density (g/cm³): (ISO 8130-2:1992) 1,2 – 1,60 (depending on the colour)
• Particle size distribution: Optimized for electrostatic application and in function of the coating aspect.
• Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 1 year
• Application: With Corona-gun / Film thickness: min. 60 µm, max. 120 µm
• Curing schedule:
10 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature)
15 min. at 190 °C (metal temperature)
