EF Series EF36 Anti-Gassing Low Bake Epoxy Powder Coating Primer in Dark Grey.
Oxyplast EF36 is a modified epoxy primer that, as part of a two-layer system, can be applied on several types of metal substrates such as aluminium,
steel or galvanised steel.
OXYPLAST EF36 is especially suited for fast curing at higher temperatures (180°C), providing a good corrosion protection and excellent adhesion with the topcoat.
• Density (g/cm³) (ISO 8130-2:1992): 1,60 ± 0,05
• Particle size distribution: Optimised for electrostatic applications
• Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 1 year
• Application: Corona / Film thickness: 50 – 70 µm
• Curing schedule: 6 min. at 180 °C (metal temperature)
