A TGIC-free degassing polyester powder coating ‘Anthracite’ Gloss finish.
OXYPLAST PE64/FE is a thermosetting powder coating based on saturated polyester resins showing very good resistance to U.V. light and hydrolysis.
These basic features guarantee a good outdoor resistance.
The special cross linking agent is also U.V. resistant and allows rapid cure of the powder by a poly addition mechanism i.e. without any release of reaction products.
Due to its special rheological properties, OXYPLAST PE64/FE gives a perfect flow and is particularly recommended for the coating of porous substrates
like cast iron, hot-dip galvanised or zinc-metallised substrates.
Curing schedule: 10 minutes at 200 °C (metal temperature)
