October 28, 2019We are delighted to announce that following extensive independent testing we can confirm that our Oxyplast polyester powder coatings have achieved Classification Of Reaction To Fire Performance In Accordance To NF EN 13501 – 1: 2013.
This includes the following product series;
- PE50 – Qualicoat Certified Architectural Polyester Products
- PE52 – Qualicoat Certified Architectural Polyester Products
- PE54 – Industrial Polyester Products
- PE40 – Qualicoat & Qualisteelcoat Certified Low Bake Polyester Products
- PE42 – Qualicoat & Qualisteelcoat Certified Low Bake Polyester Products
- PE44 – Anti-Slip Low Bake Polyester Products
This classification has been carried out in accordance with NF EN 13501 – 1: 2013.
- Oxyplast polyester powder coatings have been classified for its reaction to fire behaviour: A2
- Oxyplast polyester powder coatings classification in relation to smoke production is: s1
- Oxyplast polyester powder coatings classification in relation to fall of flaming droplets/particles is: d0
- Reaction to Fire Classification: A2-s1, d0
The fire classification applies to all colours.
