Transparent Clearcoat – 100% Gloss Low Bake

A Low Bake Polyester Transparent High Gloss.

OXYPLAST PE66 is a low-bake TGIC-free polyester powder coating for interior and exterior applications, showing a high gloss smooth aspect with excellent clarity
and/or metallic effects.

OXYPLAST PE66 comprises a range of low bake transparent coatings in different colours as well as special metallic coatings, providing high gloss and excellent clarity.
The clearcoat version (PZ132C8000) is especially advised as a final top-coat for the additional protection of coatings that are not fully resistant against humidity
and/or friction (e.g. metal look coatings that are sensitive to fingerprints, or that turn black by friction).
For exterior applications, the base-coat should already be UV resistant, as a transparent topcoat does not block the solar UV radiation.

Density (g/cm³): (ISO 8130-2:1992)1,20 – 1,40 (depending on colour)
Particle size: Optimized for electrostatic applications and in function of the coating aspect.
Storage: Dry, at max. 25 °C: at least 2 years
Application: With Corona or Tribo gun / Layer thickness: 60-100 μm

Curing schedule: 10 min. at 165 °C (metal temperature)
