Z-SERIES Super Durable Powder Coatings. Sandtex Finish.
OXYPLAST PE59 ST is a textured TGIC-free polyester powder coating with excellent outdoor durability and good mechanical properties.
• Density (g/cm³) (ISO 8130-2:1992): 1,42 – 1,52 (depending on colour)
• Particle size distribution (ISO 8130-13:2001): Optimized for electrostatic application and in function of the coating aspect.
• Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 1 year
• Application: With Corona gun / Film thickness: 70 – 90 µm
• Curing schedule:
10 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature)
15 min. at 190 °C (metal temperature)
20 min. at 180 °C (metal temperature)
Preferably below 220 °C (metal temperature)
