Polyester Powder Coating. Transparent Clearcoat with a 100% Gloss Phosphorescent Finish.
PZ212C8203 is a transparent polyester powder coating with yellowish-green phosphorescent properties, suitable for interior and exterior applications.
Particle size: Optimized for electrostatic applications and in function of the coating aspect.
Storage Dry, at max. 25 ?C: at least 1 years
Application: With Corona or Tribo gun / Layer thickness: 100-140 ?m
Curing schedule: 10 min. at 180 ?C (metal temperature)
It is advised to apply PZ212C8203 on top of a white basecoat to enhance the phosphorescent effect. A minimum layer thickness of 100um is advised for obtaining a smooth surface finish and significant phosphorescence. The phosphorescence will drop at lower film build.
