Description
Hybrid Powder Coating with a 75% Satin Finish.
OXYPLAST HB52 is a thermosetting powder coating, based on epoxy and polyester resins, providing a satin or matt finish with outstanding flow.
Density (g/cm³): (DIN 55990/3) 1.65 ± 0.05
Particle size distribution: Suitable for electrostatic application
Storage: Dry, max. 20 °C: at least 6 months
Application: With Corona gun / Film thickness: minimum 60 µm
Curing schedule:
10 min. at 180 °C (metal temperature)
7 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature)
