Protech Chemicals Ltd of Montreal, Canada has reached an agreement with NPA Coatings, a subsidiary of Nippon Paints Japan, to acquire the Seibert powder coatings business. Protech will continue the manufacturing operations in Cleveland, Ohio. The deal is expected to close by mid-November 2013.
