RAL 9005HR Jet Black – 30% Matt Low Bake

OXYPLAST PE42 MATT is a matt low bake polyester powder coating combining excellent mechanical properties with a good outdoor durability.

• Density (g/cm³): (ISO 8130-2:1992)  1.20 – 1.70 (depending on colour)

• Particle size distribution: (ISO 8130-13:2001) Optimised for electrostatic application

• Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 1 year

• Application: With Corona gun / Film thickness: 60 – 90 µm

• Curing schedule:

10 min. at 170 °C (metal temperature)

8 min. at 180 °C (metal temperature)

5 min. at 200 °C (metal temperature)
