OXYPLAST HB50 is a thermosetting epoxy-polyester powder coating, that is only suitable for indoor applications. However, exposure behind glass, with much incident
UV-light, is not recommended either.
OXYPLAST HB50 powder coatings are available – on demand – in special effects, as e.g. structure, sandtex or metallic effects.
Density (g/cm³) (ISO 8130-2:1992): 1.28 – 1.68 ± 0.05 (depending on colour)
Particle size distribution: Suitable for electrostatic application and in function of the coating aspect.
Storage: Dry, max. 25 °C: at least 2 years
Application: With Corona gun / Film thickness: 60 – 100 µm
Curing schedule:
10 min. at 180 °C (metal temperature)
18 min. at 170 °C (metal temperature)
